THE ARTIST AWARDS 2022 – REGULATION

• General provisions

This Regulation provides the voting procedure for determining the winners of the The Artist Awards 2022 (the “Awards”), which will be announced and awarded during the ceremony that will take place in Craiova, on 11th of November 2022 (the “Event”).

The Awards will be granted to the best Romanian artists in the music and online industry.

The winners will be determined based on the votes cast on the Awards’ website – https://theartistawards.com.

Any person willing to cast their vote can access the Awards’ website – https://theartistawards.com, by selecting their favourite artist, for each corresponding section, only once.

Employees of the organiser of the event and their families will not be eligible for voting.

All persons taking part in the vote will observe the provisions of this Regulation.

Each participant to the vote will be entitled to only one vote.

The use of any device to automate a vote is prohibited, including, but not limited to, software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated votes, or which breach the Regulation or rules of fair play.

Casting more than one vote, by any means, for the same category of the Awards will hold the person at case responsible for any material or moral damages caused.

The total number of votes submitted during the Voting Periods for each category will determine the winner of such category. If, for any reason, this voting process is interrupted for any reason, is found to have been tampered with in any way, or for any other reason that organiser believes in its sole discretion to be reasonably necessary, organiser reserves the right to select the winners at its discretion and may take into consideration the number of votes received by a Nominee up until the time of the interruption or cancelation of the voting process.

By participating in the Awards, you agree to release and hold harmless the organisers, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, licensees, distributors, and assigns, and each of the foregoing’s officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim arising out of your participation in the voting process and/or in any way related to the Awards or the Event.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, including, without limitation, that is the result of any printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in any of the voting methods and whether caused by providers, or voters; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the voting process; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the voting process or the counting of votes; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Awards.

• Music Awards

The award winners will be determined based on the votes cast on the Awards’ website – https://theartistawards.com, between 20th of October of 2nd of November 2021, 23:59 (“Voting Period”).

Fans will have the opportunity to vote during the Voting Period one of the five nominees for each category of the Awards.

The nominations for each category of the Music Awards are made based on the most popular artists and songs played on the radio and TV music stations, over the selected period of time, 1st of January 2022 – 30th of September 2022 (the “Timeframe”).

The categories for the Musical Awards are:

During the ceremony, one more honorary award will be given for the artist with the best digital presence (Best Artist on Digital)

• Online Awards

The winners of the online industry awards will be determined based on the votes cast on the Awards’ website – https://theartistawards.com, between 20th of October and 2nd of November 2022, 23:59 (“Voting Period”).

Fans will have the opportunity to vote during the Voting Period one of the  nominees for each category of the Online  Awards.

The categories for the Online Awards are:

TikTok Trendsetter of the Year
Instagrammed of the Year
Youtube Creator of the Year

THE ARTIST AWARDS 2022 – REGULAMENT

• Prevederi generale

Prezentul Regulament prevede procedura de votare pentru determinarea castigatorilor premiilor The Artist Awards 2022 („Premiile”), ce vor fi anuntate si acordate in cadrul ceremoniei ce va avea loc la Craiova, pe 11 noiembrie 2022 (“Evenimentul”).

Premiile vor fi acordate celor mai buni artisti romani din industria muzicala si online.

Castigatorii premiilor vor fi desemnati pe baza voturilor exprimate pe site-ul Premiilor – https://theartistawards.com.

Orice persoana care doreste sa voteze poate accesa site-ul Premiilor – https://theartistawards.com, selectand artistul sau preferat, pentru fiecare categorie, o singura data.

Angajatii organizatorului si familiile acestora nu sunt eligibli pentru a vota.

Toate persoanele care participa la vot vor respecta dispozitiile prezentului Regulament.

Fiecare participant la vot are dreptul la un singur vot.

Utilizarea oricarui dispozitiv pentru automatizarea procesului de vot este interzisa, inclusiv, fara a se limita la, voturi generate de software, robotizate, programate, script, macro sau orice alta modalitate automatizata de vot sau care incalca dispozitiile Regulamentului sau normele unei competitii corecte.

Exprimarea mai multor voturi de catre aceeasi pesoana pentru aceeasi categorie a Premiilor, prin orice modalitati, va atrage raspunderea persoanei in cauza pentru orice prejudicii materiale sau morale.

Numarul total de voturi inregistrate in Perioada de Votare pentru artistii nominalizati in fiecare categorie va determina castigatorul fiecarei categorii. In cazul in care, din orice motiv, acest proces de votare este intrerupt  sau viciat din orice motiv, sau din orice alt motiv in care organizatorul considera ca in propria sa discretie este rezonabil necesar, organzatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a selecta castigatorii la discretia sa si poate lua in considerare numarul de voturi primite de catre un candidat pana la momentul intreruperii sau anularii procesului de vot.

Participand la Premii, sunteti de acord sa eliberati de raspundere organizatorii si fiecare dintre filialele acestora, afiliatii, furnizorii, licentiatii, distribuitorii si asociatii, si fiecare dintre ofiterii, directorii, membrii, managerii, angajatii si agentii mentionati mai sus (“Partile Exonerate”), precum si sa si sa exonerati de orice pretentii care rezulta din participarea dvs. la procesul de vot si / sau in orice mod legat de Premii sau Eveniment.

Partile Exonerate nu sunt responsabile pentru: (i) informatii incorecte sau inexacte, inclusiv, fara limitare, care sunt rezultatul oricaror erori de tiparire sau de oricare dintre echipamentele sau programarile asociate sau utilizate in oricare dintre metodele de vot, cauzate de furnizori sau alegatori; (ii) defectiuni tehnice de orice fel, incluzand, dar fara a se limita la, defectiuni, intreruperi sau deconectari la liniile telefonice sau hardware sau software de retea; (iii) interventia umana neautorizata in orice parte a procesului de vot; (iv) eroare tehnica sau umana care poate aparea in administrarea procesului de vot sau la numararea voturilor; sau (v) orice vatamare sau daune aduse persoanelor sau bunurilor care pot fi cauzate, direct sau indirect, integral sau partial, din participarea dvs. Premii.

• Premiile Muzicale

Castigatorii premiilor vor fi desemnati in baza voturilor exprimate pe site-ul Premiilor – https://theartistawards.com, in perioada 20 octombrie – 2 noiembrie 2022, ora 23:59 (“Perioada de Votare”)

Fanii vor avea ocazia de a vota pe parcursul Perioadei de Votare unul dintre cei cinci artisti nominalizati la fiecare categorie a Premiilor Muzicale.

Nominalizarile pentru fiecare categorie a Premiilor Muzicale au fost selectate pe baza popularitatii artistilor si pieselor prezenti pe posturile de radio si TV, in perioada de referinta 1 ianuarie 2022 – 30 septembrie 2022 (“Perioada de Referinta”).

Categoriile Premiilor Muzicale sunt:

In cadrul ceremoniei se va mai acorda un premiu onorific pentru artistul cu cea mai mare prezenta in online (Best Artist on Digital).

• Premiile Online

Castigatorii premiilor industriei online vor fi desemnati in baza voturilor exprimate pe site-ul Premiilor – https://theartistawards.com, in perioada 20 octombrie – 2 noiembrie 2022, ora 23:59 (“Perioada de Votare”).

Fanii vor avea ocazia de a vota pe parcursul Perioadei de Votare unul dintre nominalizatii la fiecare categorie a Premiilor Online.

Categoriile pentru Premiile Online sunt:
